三次元坐標(biāo)量測儀 ( Coordinate Measuring Machine 簡稱CMM ),又稱三次元量床,日本用語為三次元測定機(jī),大陸用語為三維測量機(jī)或三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)。在臺灣為了區(qū)隔二次元影像量測儀號稱的非接觸式三次元(或稱為 2.5D ,其號稱的 0.5D 是指Z軸加裝光學(xué)尺,可利用鏡頭本身的對焦來達(dá)到高度或段差量測),所以又叫做接觸式三次元,故名思義該機(jī)器的量測方式是以探測系統(tǒng)直接碰觸工件來進(jìn)行量測。
儀器原理:
主要原理是將被測物體置于三次元測量空間,可獲得被測物體上各測點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)位置,根據(jù)這些點(diǎn)的空間坐標(biāo)值,經(jīng)計算求出被測物體的幾何尺寸,形狀和位置。
基本原理就是通過探測傳感器(探頭)與測量空間軸線運(yùn)動的配合,對被測幾何元素進(jìn)行離散的空間點(diǎn)位置的獲取,然后通過一定的數(shù)學(xué)計算,完成對所測得點(diǎn)(點(diǎn)群)的分析擬合,最終還原出被測的幾何元素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上計算其與理論值(名義值)之間的偏差,從而完成對被測零件的檢驗工作。
